A surface cleaner part-way down a Charlotte walkway. The strip already passed over is pale, clean concrete; the strip beside it is still grey with dirt.

A sidewalk photographed mid-clean. The far half is still dark with algae and ground-in dirt; the near half has been washed back to pale, speckled concrete, with a hard line between them.

One slab. One afternoon.

That line is the whole job.

Services

Tell us what needs cleaning.

Every surface takes a different approach. Siding needs a gentle soft wash. Concrete needs a surface cleaner. We pick the method that gets it clean without wrecking it.

House & Soft Washing

Low pressure and the right cleaning solution lift dirt, mildew and algae off siding, trim and soffits — without forcing water in behind them.

Driveways & Concrete

A flat surface cleaner takes the grey film, tyre marks and organic staining off concrete evenly, so you don’t end up with wand stripes across the drive.

Roofs & Gutters

Soft washing lifts the black streaking off shingles without knocking granules loose. Gutters get cleared and rinsed, inside and out.

Decks & Fences

Wood and composite get cleaned at a pressure they can actually take, so the grey comes off without furring the timber or gouging the boards.

Commercial Properties

Storefronts, walkways, dumpster pads and shared areas — scheduled around your opening hours rather than through them.

Patios, Walkways & More

Pavers, stone, brick and stamped concrete each take a different touch. We match the method to the material and the condition it’s in.

The work

Every photo on this page is our own.

No stock images, no borrowed portfolios. These are surfaces we cleaned in and around Charlotte, shot on the day.

A concrete path halfway through cleaning. The left side is dark and weathered, the right side is pale with the aggregate showing through clearly.
Concrete path Weathered grey lifted back to bare aggregate.

Brick front steps before cleaning: the brick is darkened, the mortar joints are grey, and fallen petals have collected in the corners.
Before
The same brick steps after cleaning: the brick has come back to a bright red and the mortar joints are clean and pale again.
After

Brick steps, front entrance

Years of shade and damp had darkened the brick and greyed the mortar. Soft washing brought the colour back without touching the pointing.

A single pass, in real time

Eight seconds of a wand rinsing dirt off a Charlotte sidewalk. Nothing sped up, nothing edited — this is the pace the work actually goes at.

How we work

No guesswork, no surprises on the invoice.

You’ll know what we’re doing to your property, how we’re doing it, and what it costs — before anyone turns a hose on.

Tell Us About Your Property
  • We match the method to the surface

Siding gets soft washed. Concrete gets a surface cleaner. Nothing gets blasted at a pressure it can’t take.

  • Your landscaping gets looked after

We soak the plants around the work area before we start, and rinse them again when we finish.

  • You get the price before we start

We quote the job up front. If something changes once we’re on site, you hear about it from us first.

  • Houses and businesses both

Whether it’s a two-storey home or a strip of storefronts, it’s the same standard of work.

  • We put your property back

Furniture, bins and toys get moved to clean properly — and moved back before we leave.

  • We walk it with you

Before we pack up, we go round the property together so you can see the finished work while we’re still there.

Our process

Three steps, start to finish.

  1. Tell us about the property

Send the address, what needs cleaning, and a photo if you have one handy. Takes about two minutes.

  2. We come back with a price

You get the number and how we’d approach the job, so you can decide before committing to anything.

  3. We clean it and walk it with you

We do the work, tidy up after ourselves, and go round the property with you before we leave.

Questions

The things people ask us first.

Which areas do you cover?

Charlotte and the surrounding area. If you’re not sure whether you’re in range, call or text — we’ll tell you straight away rather than leaving you guessing.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

It can, which is exactly why we don’t use high pressure there. Siding gets soft washed: low pressure plus a cleaning solution that does the work, so nothing gets forced in behind the boards.

What happens to the plants around my house?

We soak the landscaping around the work area before we start and rinse it down again once we’re finished.

How do I get a price?
